Apartment size, condition, windows, blinds and the agreed cleaning work determine the effort. Please also tell us the handover date. You receive a quote for the discussed scope; we don't quote a flat online price without these details.

It refers to the cleaning work agreed in the quote for the apartment handover. Procedure, conditions and any follow-up cleaning are recorded before the job is awarded. Damage and repairs are not cleaning services.

Yes. We coordinate the move, the cleaning and the handover. Select both services in your request. You have one contact person; scope, dates and costs are agreed together.

The effort depends on quantity, types of material, disassembly, floors and access. Based on photos or a visit we prepare a quote for the agreed scope.

We sort by material and bring recyclable items to the right collection and recycling points. The rest is disposed of properly.

Yes. After the clearance we hand over the rooms broom-clean or, on request, take care of the complete final cleaning.

Yes. Packing and unpacking is also available as a stand-alone service, for example if you organise the transport yourself. Scope and date are recorded in the quote.

Sturdy moving boxes, packing paper, bubble wrap, furniture blankets and special boxes for dishes and clothes. We bring the material and take it back after unpacking on request.

Usually before moving day, so that only loading remains on the day itself. For smaller households both can happen on the same day. We agree the schedule with you.

To Germany, France and other European countries – and from there to Switzerland. Tell us the destination and date in your request; we check feasibility and prepare the quote.

We discuss the customs formalities and the required documents with you before the job, for example the inventory list for household goods. That way you know in advance what you need to prepare.
