Good to know
Your questions. Clear answers.
What matters for the quote, the cleaning and the planning? The most common questions – answered directly.
See all questionsWhich services does Prime Move offer?
Prime Move GmbH offers moves (private, senior, business), transports of furniture and general cargo, moving and end-of-tenancy cleaning with an agreed handover guarantee as well as clearances and disposal – individually or combined, with one contact person.
In which regions does Prime Move operate?
The company is based in Worblaufen near Bern. All services are offered throughout Switzerland, with a focus on Bern, Solothurn and Fribourg. Prime Move also carries out moves and transports to Europe.
How much does a move in Bern or Zurich cost?
The effort depends on furniture and boxes, distance, floors, lift, walking distances and the extra services you want. We clarify these points before the quote. Photos or a visit help narrow down the scope. Services and costs are set out in your personal quote.
How much does an end-of-tenancy cleaning cost?
Apartment size, condition, windows, blinds and the agreed cleaning work determine the effort. Please also tell us the handover date. You receive a quote for the discussed scope; we don't quote a flat online price without these details.
Can I combine moving and cleaning?
Yes. We coordinate the move, the cleaning and the handover. Select both services in your request. You have one contact person; scope, dates and costs are agreed together.
What does the agreed handover guarantee mean?
It refers to the cleaning work agreed in the quote for the apartment handover. Procedure, conditions and any follow-up cleaning are recorded before the job is awarded. Damage and repairs are not cleaning services.
